Link365 is delighted to be working with HG Construction once again. Our latest project, New Kent Road is located at Elephant and Castle.
This mixed-use development includes 81 residential units across two blocks with commercial and retail space on the ground and basement levels.
Block A is formed of two adjacent towers of 14 and 10 storeys and Block B is seven storeys (including basement level). This is a beautifully architecture project. The blocks form part of one monolithic building that includes a two-storey commercial space and a podium slab between blocks A and B at the first-floor level. This level will feature a landscaped outdoor living space for residents. The project also includes a single-storey basement.
Link365 is now managing and coordinating the mechanical and electrical requirements of the project, in addition to supplying, installing, testing and commissioning the mechanical and electrical services.
As a current project, Link365 will apply knowledge, skills and expertise to overcome any challenges and look forward to sharing the project reflection once complete.

Kingfield Heath, Birmingham B12
Kingfield Heath is a large, urban residential redevelopment project located in Digbeth East of Birmingham City, less than 1 mile from the Bullring. It supports the wider City’s ongoing regeneration plan. Keady Construction (part of the OHOB Group) appointed Link365 (working in partnership with AIS) as the main mechanical and electrical contractor.
Link365’s Birmingham team were responsible for the design and build. The project comprises of 237 apartments over 8 floors, plus a residential amenity space.
With a vast project such as this, our build approach saw the team pre-preparing as many of the elements in advance as was possible. Millbrook Park, London NW7
Joseph Homes’ Millbrook Park development was short-listed for Development of the Year at the RESI Awards in 2021. Link365 was engaged as the mechanical contractor.
Joseph Homes is committed to delivering healthier, more sustainable homes. One of their key Live Well goals is to create virtually toxin-free homes. Link365 installed MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery) systems in every home and apartment. Which use filters to remove stale air and pollen from the entire house while providing fresh, filtered air to each room. Every homeowner would then benefit from the increased air quality.
In addition, Joseph Homes aim was to reduce reliance on the electrical grid and fossil fuels, by installing solar panels on the roof and fitting low-energy lighting throughout the buildings. These are just a few of the mechanical and electrical installations that are making a positive impact on the end-user’s lifestyle and the planet.
Link365 also installed underfloor heating, public health services, dry risers, and the building management system, as well as the building plant room.
The development consists of 4 apartment blocks, comprising 116 residential flats featuring:
- 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4 bedroom houses
- A few minute’s walk from Mill Hill East underground
- The perfect balance of modern London living
- Surrounded by parks and open spaces
- A 20-minute tube journey to the city
- Uniquely crafted, immersed in history
Link365 provided a range of mechanical services at Millbrook House, including insulation, and ventilation, as well as providing hot and cold water services. The mechanical services for this project, including testing and commissioning, were also conducted by Link365. For this Joseph Homes project, the team coordinated and managed this complete, sustainable installation by putting their knowledge, skills, and expertise into action.
Link365 was engaged in a high-specification project in Central London. This project was a highly specialised mechanical services project, seeing Link365 install individual gas pipe in pipe system for a Residential Building project.
This project saw our mechanical engineers fit over 11,000 meters of gas pipes to service 96 luxury apartments. At the height of the project, Link365 had 25 qualified welders and pipe-fitters on site at peak.
All our engineers were required to have nuclear experience as the specification needed to meet nuclear welding standards. NDT Testing and X-ray inspection was carried out throughout the duration of the project.
At Church Road for Galliard Homes Link365 was the main mechanical engineering contractor. The project comprised 48 high-spec apartments and townhouses.
Church Road is located on a corner site with Tallack Road and Church Road in front of it. This development, which is a part of the Help to Buy Scheme, intends to contribute back to the community. The townhouses and flats have a number of amenities, including:
- New-build development in London’s Zone 3
- Modern apartments and luxurious townhouses
- Balcony, terrace, or garden for each home
- 15 minutes walk from Lea Bridge station
Our engineers installed individual water cylinders and heat pumps in each apartment utility cupboard as part of Link365’s scope of work. The townhomes each had their own heat pump installed.
As part of our remit, Link365 installed Glen Dimplex Zeroth Energy System which provides an energy-efficient, low carbon heating and hot water solution for the building. Additional air source heat pumps were installed on the roof and underfloor heating was installed throughout.
Link365 managed and coordinated the mechanical services and our engineers installed the sanitary ware, radiator heating installation, exterior rainwater system, plant room, thermal insulation, MEV ventilation and ducting system.
Utilising the teams vast knowledge, abilities, and skill set led to a great delivery for this exciting project.
