Link365 is proud to be working on the design and mechanical build of the Oxlow project in Dagenham. Link365’s remit is for the design and mechanical build of this project which will see our team managing and coordinating the mechanical requirements of the project, in addition to supplying, installing, testing and commissioning the mechanical services. Our engineers were in a 10-week design programme ahead of our management team getting on-site.
Due to Covid-19 slowing down the momentum of this development, seeing material costs increase as well as needing to incorporate changes in building regulations, the client required us to refine the budget and figures. As a result of good planning, we were able to work with our client to create a budget that would meet the client’s requirements and allow for the project to move forward.
Oxlow is set to introduce 63 much-needed affordable homes to the area, offering a diverse range of options for residents. This thoughtfully designed development includes 19 one-bedroom flats, 29 two-bedroom flats, and 15 three-bedroom flats. The project is an important regeneration site for the local area. Link365 is proud to be a part of this transformative project.
Link365 is currently managing and coordinating the mechanical and public health services requirements of the project following a successful design programme, in addition to supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of the mechanical services.
