Xone Kontrol, a leading multidisciplinary construction company specialising in construction, refurbishment and renovation. Xone Kontrol are managing the entire design and build programme for the conversion of the Mothercare Head Offices in Watford, Hertfordshire into a residential scheme.

Link365 have been brought onto this project to concentrate in the supply, installation of a sprinkler system and dry risers to service the 141 newly created apartments.

The conversion requires the ground, first, second and third floors to be repurposed, while the fourth and fifth floors will be considered new build.

Link365 is responsible for managing and coordinating the project’s mechanical services as well as supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning the sprinkler and dry riser requirements of this scheme. Link365 will apply knowledge, skills, and expertise to overcome any challenges that may arise and look forward to sharing the project reflection once complete.
