Challenges

This project required the coordination and installation of innovative mechanical and electrical services. Delivering this project during a global pandemic, limited the availability of human resource, materials, and deliveries, creating extended lead times and delayed access to specialist suppliers required on site.

Link365’s previous knowledge and experience of coordinating and installing single or multiple units, enabled the simplification of the engineered elements to achieve the desired price and for the project to be delivered within a timely manner and within budget.

End of Project Reflection

Working under COVID-19 restrictions required Link365’s intrinsic confidence and competence to tackle, resolve and overcome each new challengeThe project was led by a good management team, encouraging a productive approach from all sub-contractors.

Link365 are extremely proud to have collaborated with HG Construction and EDC Engineering , as a truly progressive consulting engineering firm and industry innovators, to complete the mechanical and electrical operations of this development.

Prompt Payment Code

Link365 is delighted to help enhance payment culture in the construction business. We have signed up for The Prompt Payment Code. This is a voluntary code of conduct for firms that encourages suppliers to pay within 30 to 60 days, depending on their size.

The aim of this is to help ensure that late invoices would hopefully become a thing of the past. Link365 abides by these set of principles for paying fairly and on time.
