This is a new development project consisting of a two-story basement and a new superstructure extending to 6 levels.
The project will comprise ground-floor retail units with 39 residential apartments above and an underground gym. There are a total of 39 residential units, of which 13 are affordable and 26 are private.
According to the client’s specifications, our engineers delivered dry risers, hot and cold water services, sprinkler systems, and other mechanical services. It’s wonderful to reflect back on how this project was executed. Link365 oversaw and coordinated the mechanical services and carried out all of the testing, installation, and commissioning.
