At Church Road for Galliard Homes Link365 was the main mechanical engineering contractor. The project comprised 48 high-spec apartments and townhouses.
Church Road is located on a corner site with Tallack Road and Church Road in front of it. This development, which is a part of the Help to Buy Scheme, intends to contribute back to the community. The townhouses and flats have a number of amenities, including:
- New-build development in London’s Zone 3
- Modern apartments and luxurious townhouses
- Balcony, terrace, or garden for each home
- 15 minutes walk from Lea Bridge station
Our engineers installed individual water cylinders and heat pumps in each apartment utility cupboard as part of Link365’s scope of work. The townhomes each had their own heat pump installed.
As part of our remit, Link365 installed Glen Dimplex Zeroth Energy System which provides an energy-efficient, low carbon heating and hot water solution for the building. Additional air source heat pumps were installed on the roof and underfloor heating was installed throughout.
Link365 managed and coordinated the mechanical services and our engineers installed the sanitary ware, radiator heating installation, exterior rainwater system, plant room, thermal insulation, MEV ventilation and ducting system.
Utilising the teams vast knowledge, abilities, and skill set led to a great delivery for this exciting project.
The Forsyth House project involved converting previously used office spaces into 26 residential flats, 31 subterranean parking spaces, and a gym.
Located in Richmond, one of London's most well-liked riverfront neighborhoods is home to the gorgeous Forsyth House complex of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Several of the apartments in this chic and modern complex provide owners with private balconies or patios in addition to the extra comfort of secure on-site parking.
Link365 was in charge of managing and installing the mechanical services, including testing and commissioning. Link365 was responsible for the installation of mechanical and electrical services, including hot and cold water services, thermal insulation, air source heat pumps heating installation and underfloor heating.
Murphy was the principal contractor on this mixed-use development of residential units and offices, as well as retail and cultural space. The development was in planning for several years, and replaces a derelict petrol forecourt, car showroom, basement garage and offices.
Working with the local council, Murphy (on behalf of Folgate) is addressing the shortage of local housing, as well as maintaining local business and creating a new art gallery. The scheme aims to protect the listed wall and cause as little disruption during construction as possible.
In this project, the type of ceiling was to be left uncovered, along with all of the structural and MEP systems, to enhance indoor space and create a distinctive industrial appearance.
Link365 contributed to this project by providing mechanical and electrical services.
Link365 used our knowledge, skills, and ability to plan and carry out the installation of the exposed ventilation system for this project.Link365 coordinated and planned the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical services in this project.
