The project offers the charming Park Grove complex, which has five stories and 50 apartments made up of a mix of Mizen penthouses and one, two, and three-bedroom flats. In addition to the public gardens, many of which have mature trees and bushes, some ground-floor units have a private garden with a patio area.
Some plots provide parking spots for cars, which can be found on the ground floor and lower floors, as well as locations on the property for storing bicycles, to accommodate cyclists.
For this project, Link365 provided mechanical and electrical services and managed the testing, installation, and commissioning. Due to meticulous preparation and coordination on the part of the team, the project was successfully completed on time.
