Grafton Way

Link365 is proud to be working alongside Galliard Homes on their latest development project, Grafton Way, Ipswich. 

On a plot that covers 7.66 acres, set on the north of the River Orwell, the Grafton Way project is set to provide over 160,000 sq ft of housing, consisting of 173 residential units. Upon completion, the residences, consisting of 1, 2 and 3-bed units, will benefit from close proximity to Ipswich Rail station and revitalised local green spaces. 

The development prioritises affordable, sustainable living with consideration for the environment at it’s very heart. Rather than gas and electric boilers, homes will produce heat and hot water through air-source heat pumps, and Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure will be a feature of every home. 

This eco-friendly community will establish a new neighbourhood in Ipswich, offering inhabitants access to cost-effective, thoughtfully designed residences.

Quayside Lodge

Link365 is delighted to be working alongside CField Construction once again on their latest prestigious development in Fulham, South West London.

Quayside Lodge is an impressive 10-storey mixed-use building, with a single storey basement. On completion it will house 110 residential units, office space at ground floor level, underground secure bicycle parking and 51 car parking spaces.

Located on the edge of the water, the residential units will benefit from breath-taking panoramas of the Thames and London’s skyline.

This is a stunning project and we’re proud to be bringing our quality workmanship to this prestigious London development alongside CField Construction.

Oxlo Lane

Link365 is proud to be working on the design and mechanical build of the Oxlo project in Dagenham. Link365’s remit is for the design and mechanical build of this project which will see our team managing and coordinating the mechanical requirements of the project, in addition to supplying, installing, testing and commissioning the mechanical services. Our engineers were in a 10-week design programme ahead of our management team getting on-site.

Due to Covid-19 slowing down the momentum of this development, seeing material costs increase as well as needing to incorporate changes in building regulations, the client required us to refine the budget and figures. As a result of good planning, we were able to work with our client to create a budget that would meet the client’s requirements and allow for the project to move forward.

Oxlo is set to introduce 63 much-needed affordable homes to the area, offering a diverse range of options for residents. This thoughtfully designed development includes 19 one-bedroom flats, 29 two-bedroom flats, and 15 three-bedroom flats. The project is an important regeneration site for the local area. Link365 is proud to be a part of this transformative project.

Link365 is currently managing and coordinating the mechanical and public health services requirements of the project following a successful design programme, in addition to supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of the mechanical services.

New Kent Road

Link365 is delighted to be working with HG Construction once again. Our latest project, New Kent Road is located at Elephant and Castle.

This mixed-use development includes 81 residential units across two blocks with commercial and retail space on the ground and basement levels.

Block A is formed of two adjacent towers of 14 and 10 storeys and Block B is seven storeys (including basement level). This is a beautifully architecture project. The blocks form part of one monolithic building that includes a two-storey commercial space and a podium slab between blocks A and B at the first-floor level. This level will feature a landscaped outdoor living space for residents. The project also includes a single-storey basement.

Link365 is now managing and coordinating the mechanical and electrical requirements of the project, in addition to supplying, installing, testing and commissioning the mechanical and electrical services.

As a current project, Link365 will apply knowledge, skills and expertise to overcome any challenges and look forward to sharing the project reflection once complete.

Creekside, Deptford SE8

CField construction and Link365 have worked on numerous projects together over the years. Link365 is delighted to have completed on this award-winning project in Deptford, London. 

‘1 Creekside’ won ‘Best New Place to Live’ in the Building London Planning Awards 2023, submitted by the London Borough of Lewisham. We are immensely proud to be involved in this project. The project comprises of a 56-unit residential development with a commercial floor space of 1541m2. The development consists of two linked six and eight-story buildings connected by landscaped communal gardens that compleme complement the existing architecture based on the Creekside’s industrial heritage. The mixed-use development includes 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.

The flats will be arranged to maximize dual-aspect homes while avoiding single-aspect north-facing homes. Balconies will be placed on corners to provide a dual aspect.

The site is located on the bustling red route and is just a short walk from Deptford Bridge DLR and close to Deptford Creek and public health services.

Link365 managed and coordinated the mechanical and public health services, spanning delivery, install, testing and commissioning of the build.
