It is the statement of Link365 Ltd that operations carried out by the Company are in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, The Construction (Design and Management) (CDM) Regulations 2015 and to provide a safe place of work as it is reasonably practicable. This Safety Statement has been prepared to comply with the aforementioned Act but also to acknowledge the Moral responsibilities of the company to take reasonable care of all its employees.
The company will implement “absolute” requirements as detailed in relevant statutory instruments, so far as is reasonably practicable both in the spirit of the act and its legal obligations. The Company accepts its responsibilities towards its employees and any other persons who may be affected by the work undertaken by the Company.
Link365 is responsible for implementing this policy and his duties, and that of all directors, managers and employees are detailed within the Company's Health and Safety Policy. The Health and Safety Policy should be used as a reference manual for health and safety issues relating to activities carried out by the company.
Good working procedures are necessary to avoid accidents and incidents. As a result, all employees should become familiar with their responsibilities as outlined in the Safety Manual.
